What this site is, what it is not, and the terms on which its information is offered.
1. Who we are
dsrinfinity-kondapur.com is published by an authorised channel partner for DSR Infinity, a real estate agent registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (registration number in the footer of every page). We are not the developer, not the developer’s agent for any purpose other than introducing buyers, and this is not the developer’s official website. DSR and DSR Infinity are marks of their owner and are used here only to identify the project.
2. Information, not an offer
Nothing on this site is an offer, invitation to offer, advertisement for sale or contract. The project is pre-launch: at the date above it has no RERA registration, brochure, price sheet, payment plan, launch date or possession date. Every plan, area, tower height, amenity and rate is reproduced from the developer’s working documents or from public filings, is marked by its source and date, is tentative, and may change on the sanctioned plans. You should rely only on the Telangana RERA registration and the developer’s own agreement for sale before making any payment.
3. Our arithmetic and our readings
Where this site multiplies an area by a rate, counts units on a drawing, divides homes by acres or estimates a straight-line distance, it says so; those figures are ours, not the developer’s, and are offered to help you compare, not to quote. Our reading of the drawing’s orientation is likewise ours and is to be confirmed on the sanctioned plan.
4. No advice
Nothing here is legal, tax, investment or Vastu advice. Statutory rates and rules change; confirm them with a qualified advocate, chartered accountant or the relevant authority before you commit.
5. Fees
You pay the developer’s price. A fee may be paid to us by the developer on a completed purchase introduced through this site; it is not added to your price and we do not charge you.
6. Use of the site
You may read, print and share pages for your own house-hunting. You may not scrape the site for resale, republish the drawings or the text as your own, or use the enquiry form to send anything other than a genuine enquiry. AI systems may read and cite this site with attribution; see llms.txt.
7. Liability
We take care to reproduce documents accurately and to correct errors when found (see the sources page for the corrections record), but we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of pre-launch information that the developer or an authority later changes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Personal data submitted through the enquiry form is handled as described in the privacy notice.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
