Privacy notice.
What this site collects when you use its enquiry form, why, who sees it and how to have it corrected or deleted. Written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who is collecting your data
This website is published by an authorised channel partner for DSR Infinity, a real estate agent registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (registration number in the “About this site” note in the footer). For the purposes of the Act, the channel partner is the data fiduciary for the details you submit here.
What is collected
- What you type: your name and mobile number. Nothing else is asked for.
- What the form adds automatically: the page you submitted from, the referring site if any, the time of submission, and any campaign tags in the link you arrived by (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid). These are kept in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab and are sent only if you submit the form.
- What is not collected: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not record your IP address, device or browsing on the site. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs for security.
Why, and the legal basis
To respond to your enquiry about DSR Infinity — the price sheet, floor plans, RERA number and launch details you asked for — and to contact you about the project by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form; you can withdraw it at any time (see below).
Who receives it
- Web3Forms, the form-relay service that delivers your submission to us by email; it processes the data on our instruction and does not use it for its own purposes.
- The channel partner’s advisors, who call you back.
- The developer’s authorised sales team for DSR Infinity, so that your enquiry can be registered against the project and you can receive the developer’s own documents when issued.
Your details are not sold, rented or shared with any other developer, portal or marketing list.
How long it is kept
For as long as your enquiry is live and for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a legal obligation requires longer retention. Email copies are deleted on the same schedule.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Use the enquiry form on any page and write “privacy request” with your name; an advisor will confirm your identity by calling the number on file and act on the request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how a request was handled, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once its grievance process is open to the public.
Children
The site is for adults; we do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the effective date above moves and the change is listed on the updates page.
