Saleable areas are from the developer's unit-plan drawing set dated 11 July 2026 and match the tentative sizes issued on 26 September 2026 (A 1,450 · B 1,766 east / 1,799 west · C 2,187 · D 2,567 · E 3,033 sft). Sizes are tentative and may change on the approved plans.
Unit A — 3 BHK. 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, drawing, dining, kitchen, utility yard, balcony. Five plan variants in the drawing set (north ×2, east ×2, west ×1). Saleable: north 1,450 sft · east 1,450 sft · west 1,450 sft.
Unit B — 3 BHK. 3 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, drawing room, dining, kitchen, utility yard, balcony; dressers on the west plan. Saleable: east 1,766 sft · west 1,799 sft.
Unit C — 3 BHK + family living. 3 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, separate drawing room and family living, dining, kitchen, utility yard, balconies; walk-in closet on the north plan. Saleable: east 2,187 sft · west 2,187 sft · north 2,196 sft.
Unit D — 3 BHK + plus room. 3 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, entertainment / plus room, drawing room, family living, dining, kitchen, utility yard, two balconies, dressers. Saleable: east 2,567 sft · west 2,567 sft.
Unit E — 4 BHK. 4 bedrooms, 4 washrooms, drawing room, family living, dining, kitchen, utility yard, walk-in closet off the master bedroom, two balconies. Saleable: east 3,033 sft · west 3,033 sft.

Reading the five types
A is the entry 3 BHK — compact at 1,450 sft, with two washrooms rather than three and bedrooms around 11 feet wide. Five variants are drawn, which suggests it appears in more positions than any other type; the site plan shows A units in every tower.
B adds the third washroom and a full-width drawing room at 1,766 / 1,799 sft. The east and west plans differ by 33 sft and in layout.
C is the first with a separate family living — two living spaces at 2,187 sft, and the north-facing version (2,196 sft) gets a walk-in closet.
D is C plus an entertainment room — the drawings label it "entertainment room / plus room", 12′3″ × 11′0″, which is a study, a fourth bedroom without a washroom, or a home theatre depending on you. 2,567 sft.
E is the 4 BHK at 3,033 sft, with four washrooms, an 18-foot closet off the master and the largest living spaces in the set.
What to check on the sanctioned plans
- Carpet area per typology, and the carpet-to-saleable ratio.
- Which floor your unit is on counted from the street, once basement and podium levels are known.
- Openings on two sides — the corner units on the site plan (C and E types at the row ends) are the ones with cross-ventilation.
- Balcony share of the area — E has two balconies totalling roughly 185 sft; that is saleable but not carpet.
- Type X — if you are offered one, ask for its plan; it is not in the set we hold.

Is the 1,450 sft Unit A a 2 BHK or 3 BHK?
3 BHK — three bedrooms with two washrooms, drawing, dining, kitchen, utility yard and a balcony, on 1,450 sft saleable. The drawing set labels it 3BHK; the tight master (11′0″ × 12′0″ on the north plan) is the trade-off for the size.
Is there a DSR Infinity brochure with the floor plans?
Not yet. The fourteen plans on this page are from the developer's drawing set dated 11 July 2026; a DSR Infinity brochure has not been released. When it is, it will be sent to everyone registered through the form.
What is the difference between Unit C and Unit D at DSR Infinity?
Both are 3 BHK with three washrooms and a separate family living. Unit D adds an entertainment / plus room of 12′3″ × 11′0″, a second balcony and dressers, and grows from 2,187 to 2,567 sft — 380 sft, which at the base rate is about ₹35 lakh for the extra room.
What are the bedroom sizes in DSR Infinity Unit A?
North-facing plan: master bedroom 11′0″ × 12′0″, bedroom 2 11′0″ × 10′0″, bedroom 3 11′0″ × 10′0″, drawing room 11′0″ × 12′11″, dining 11′0″ × 11′0″, kitchen 11′0″ × 6′10″. The east and west plans differ slightly — the west master is 11′0″ × 14′0″ — and all are on this page.
How many washrooms does each DSR Infinity unit have?
Unit A two; Units B, C and D three; Unit E four — read off the drawings. The washroom count, not the bedroom count, is what separates A from B at the entry level.
Which DSR Infinity units have two balconies?
Units C (east and west plans), D and E are drawn with two balconies; A and B have one. Balcony area is saleable but not carpet, which matters when you compare rate per sft.
Are carpet areas available for DSR Infinity?
Not yet. The drawings state saleable area only. Ask for the carpet figure per typology before comparing with other projects; we will publish it when the developer issues it.
